Audit process:

The audit is conducted via secure remote access, ensuring both convenience and full transparency.

The customer receives a detailed report with both a technical assessment and a management-friendly summary (CIO-level overview).

Recommendations are categorized by priority Critical, High, Medium, and Lowwith a structured plan of action to guide next steps. The decision to implement remains entirely with the customer.

Yes. We offer two types of audits:

• Certification (Compliance) Audit: Conducted to meet regulatory requirements, provides formal certification, offered as a paid service
• Performance & Security Audit (PrismSuite): Focuses on overall IT infrastructure health, performance, security grading, and operational efficiency

Our vision is to positively impact up to 1 lakh SMEs across India. The free audit creates awareness about existing IT gaps and provides visibility into the IT environment — without any obligation to proceed.

This free offering is limited and strategic. As the DPDP Act becomes fully enforced, such audits are expected to become chargeable services. When organizations decide to move forward with implementation, a win-win-win model is created for all stakeholders.

During the audit, we only deploy the audit tool. We do not perform read/write operations on your business data.

The audit tool captures only system-level information — hardware details, installed software, system health, performance parameters, and storage utilization. It cannot access the content of your files or folders.

If preferred, you may remain present during the entire session. Typically, the tool is deployed and remote access is closed within a few minutes. An on-site audit option is also available.

No device ecosystem is completely secure by default. Security depends on configuration, updates, and the surrounding infrastructure setup.

• Apple devices can still face malware, misconfiguration, or network-level vulnerabilities
• An audit checks security settings, system health, and operational efficiency
• Security must be evaluated across the entire IT infrastructure, not just the device type

The PrismSuite audit is valid for one year. It is not a direct DPDP Act compliance certification, but it helps organizations prepare by:

• Identifying gaps in security and data protection
• Strengthening IT infrastructure
• Aligning systems with required standards

PrismSuite acts as a readiness and preparation tool for achieving DPDP compliance, not the certification itself.

The DPDP Act is not expected to be withdrawn — it is here to stay, similar to how GST evolved and strengthened over time.

Currently, full enforcement may not be mandatory due to the absence of a defined timeline. However, once announced, compliance will become mandatory across all industries. Organizations are advised to prepare in advance rather than wait for enforcement.
